We have a 15 minute grace period for services a hours or above, Please arrive on time for appointments. After the 15 minute grace period we are forced to reschedule your appointment.
If the client does not cancel and does not show up to their appointment, the full price of the service or services booked will be charged to the clients card. Please be respectful of our time.
If lash extensions are applied correctly it will not cause damage. Our Lash Experts are trained to measure clients natural lashes in order to customize a suitable length for extensions.
Lash extensions typically last for 2 to 3 weeks depending on natural lash growth cycle. It is recommended for clients to come back 2 to 3 weeks for refills to maintain fullness of lash extension. Client must have at least 40%-50% of lashes from initial full set appointment to be considered a refill.
